bdbaze Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between the authority operating the bdbaze platform and the user. By accessing the platform through the bdbaze website, mobile app, or any other medium, you are considered to be in full agreement with these terms.

Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the bdbaze website, software, and related services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" refers to your personal profile created through registration.
• "Bonus" refers to any offer, cashback, or incentive provided by bdbaze.
• "Taka" or "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

bdbaze reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time with prior notice. Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

Age Restriction

bdbaze is for those aged 21 or above only. Use of the platform by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. You may be required to provide information for age verification at the time of registration. Providing a false age may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.

Registration Terms

• Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential.
• You must notify bdbaze support immediately regarding any unauthorized access to your account.
• Opening an account on behalf of another person or using another person's information is prohibited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

bdbaze may request documents for identity verification at any time. bdbaze reserves the right to hold withdrawals until satisfactory verification is completed.

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at bdbaze is ৳300 (three hundred taka). This limit applies to each payment method. We currently support the following payment methods:

Deposited funds may only be used for playing games on the platform. Deposits are restricted for any other purpose.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Valid withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made through the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be delayed in cases of incomplete wagering requirements.

Fraudulent Transactions

If a suspicious or fraudulent transaction is detected, bdbaze reserves the right to suspend the transaction, conduct an investigation, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.

Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200 and a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳14,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 and a total balance of ৳22,000.

Wagering Requirement

A wagering requirement of 20 times (20x) applies to all bonuses. This means you must wager 20 times the total bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a specific validity period. If not used within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonuses are usable only on eligible games. Not all games may be eligible for bonus wagering.
• More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time.
• bdbaze reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed.

The bdbaze VIP program has five levels. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each level:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

You can advance to higher levels by playing regularly. VIP benefits are subject to change and bdbaze reserves the right to modify any VIP benefit as needed.

General Gaming Terms

All games on bdbaze are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. The platform uses SSL encryption to keep all data secure. Game results are determined through verified technology and cannot be altered by any party.

Prohibited Activities

• Using any software, bot, or automated method to play games is prohibited.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems or hacking is strictly prohibited.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of taking advantage of bonuses is prohibited.
• Fraudulent coordination or collusion with other users is prohibited.
• Providing bet management services outside the platform is prohibited.

Technical Issues

Account Closure by bdbaze

bdbaze reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If fraudulent activity or money laundering is suspected.
• In cases of providing false information or failure to complete identity verification.
• If technical advantages are used in an unauthorized manner.
• If it is confirmed that the user is below the permitted age.

Account Closure by the User

bdbaze strives to operate its platform as reliably and without interruption as possible. However, bdbaze accepts no liability for the following:

• Temporary unavailability caused by unexpected technical issues.
• Issues with the user's own device or software.

To the extent permitted by law, bdbaze's total liability for special or incidental damages shall in no case exceed the amount actually deposited by the user during the relevant period.
